I've had high cholesterol since I turned 40.
I rarely eat any cholesterol since I eat plants & occasional game or seafood.
I had terrible side effects from statins so I quit taking them years ago.
While my cholesterol was high, 260, my calcium score was 0.
A few months back I tried soy lecithin and it has worked amazingly well. Cholesterol is now 140 and I have no side effects.
