Still trying to identify, but not yet successful.
From the leaves, I thought it might be Hoya erythrostemma, but those blooms are fuzzy.

@b4cks4w The leaves do have veining like obscura! But those blooms are like fuzzy Pom-poms.
Maybe it is a hybrid. It is fairly challenging to cross Hoya, but people have done it.
