We found a good sized airfryer/oven combo we could afford.
Obviously first project had to be a cake.
Basic 2 egg Victoria sponge mix.
25 minutes at 120°C.
So I'm in love, right!

4oz butter, softened
4oz caster sugar
4oz plain flour
2tsp baking powder
pinch sea salt
2 medium eggs
Blend all together until smooth, light and fluffy
Pour into a lined 6" loose bottomed tin
Bake in mini airfryer oven at 120°C/250°F for 20-25 minutes.
