@bfgreen Initially I used two coffee[TM] scoops, which I eventually measured totalled 1/3 cup, so used a 1/3 cup measure. One day I weighed that for a couple different varieties and lo, they were very different. So I usually weigh, 25g per 250g water as a baseline, then according to taste. I also will just pour some water on some grounds because that's all I'm capable of at o-dark thirty and besides that am a barbarian.
