@catlynne333 The author has a petro agenda which is their prerogative, whatever, but they miss the actual biggest reason: manufacturers started with higher priced therefore higher margin vehicles because they still lose money on many of these. So the median EV cost is double or more of an ICE vehicle, and the market for that is tapped out. The used EV market is picking up speed, infrastructure is improving, lower priced cars are coming --from Korea and China... another topic.
