I don't think that former Presidents Clinton, Bush, and Obama think that the only reason they're not being prosecuted for crimes committed while in office is that they are protected by presidential immunity.

And I doubt very much that TFG believes that either.

@DavidSalo I don't get that argument. Let's say it's 100% the case. Then it follows we'd need to solve _that_ problem, which to me sounds fairly easy.
It does _not_ follow that it would be better to allow a President (or anyone!) to commit any and all crimes including murder. I seriously hope Judge "how do we write an opinion that would stop the floodgates" Henderson has a grip on that.
