Since I have been deeply entrenched in genealogy again, having to deal with my daughter’s stuff, I got to wondering about family trees of the Abrahamic religions’ Jesus. I was curious, so I looked and saw a bunch of them.
just something that occurred to me this morning.
Jesus seems to have had TWO paternal grandfathers.
@mcfate so then an historical Joseph might’ve been an orphan or something isn’t correct.
If you're looking for "correctness" in mythology, no matter whose it is, you're probably playing a fool's game.
The only reason we have a clear sense of the events of the Trojan War is that no competing versions survived this long.
Worth mentioning that the Old Testament pegs the value of pi at THREE.
