Lawsuit failed. Your car can collect your data, text and voice msgs and sell it. The owner/driver cant access their info, either. It now belongs to the car company, cops, and whoever else they sell it to.
Considering the cheap Ai they surely use, innocuous things like "NY is a blast!" is probably flagging people.
