@fernfren going into clay and rock; maybe the hole's not good, but it exists. Sand is another type of problem, I use high pressure water jets there.
Also I'm just too damned old for posthole diggers.

how are you powering that? solar? stay focused my dude, we are talking Waste Disposal, after there are no longer any social services eg running water, sewer, electricity, etc. the question that our survival depends on is WHAT are you gonna do with your poop?

what, like a weapon? idk, our species' survival will depend more on cooperation than on impaling our neighbors on farm implements.

in the event of the collapse of society, my plan is to hide while the stupid violent folks fight over who dies last, then i'll come out and rebuild a community with the other survivors
by digging poop holes, etc.
