one of my fb friends was bemoaning a poll that showed something like 50% of GQTea supported Trump, & that Trump could win over Biden if that were true.
my response:
50% of registered Republicans might vote for Trump? ok, and registered Republicans have been dropping like crazy. the percentage of voters registered with the Republican Party is currently 23.88% of registered voters. 50% sounds scary, but it would be 11.94%
Polls this far out from an election are predictive of nothing at all.
@mcfate the poll was suspect from the get-go anyway. the questions were slanted, & the demographic polled was people with land line phones...
