I've been through my wife's knee/ankle issues.

I've been through her father dying.

I've been through 3 years of pandemic.

I've been through watching my mother slip away into dementia.

Forgive me if I don't doomscroll and wail ALL IS LOST when something isn't optimal.

I'm still here, standing, scuffed but unbowed.
