@attilatheblond If the justices are too old to understand how to use a secure email system then perhaps they're too old to be deciding complicated legal issues.
But more seriously, the problem isn't that they used investigators with previous ties to the court, which makes sense, but that investigators weren't allowed to conduct a serious investigation that included placing the justices under oath.
@Coctaanatis And investigation headed by someone STILL employed at the court. IOW, the justices are the boss of her. Not a good way to investigate things.
