# FAA system glitch
planes
Secretary Pete, and anybody flying today is in for a bumpy day.

"A critical Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) system has suffered a glitch, grounding flights across the US according to media reports. "

@attilatheblond

The FAA’s systems are just as outdated as Southwest’s is. 😠

@see_the_sus I wouldn't go that far. Southwest seems to have trouble even telling flight crews which gate they need to go to. Don't even get my daughter going re her change of planes at the Denver Hub. Her & the flight crew kept getting conflicting info from the Southwest flight board, had to move 3 times & had a 2.5 hour delay without reason given. Weather was perfect. She switched airlines and arrived DFW fine and on time last summer. But yeah, update the computers for crying out loud!
