I wonder if there's a cap to how much they can divert to down ballot races? Estimates put the total fundraising to date to near 1 billion. If there's no cap, then I'd hope for more to go the down ballet candidates. They need to flip the house and shore up the Senate and the backed candidates could be proxy voices for the campaign, so it's a multiplier effect.
