@CinnamonGirlE Sadly, I suspect it's ai generated. Subtle things in the hair, where strands don't make sense, the worst being the strand coming out of her eye.
There's an ai guy that goes by Matt's Mac that's done a bunch of tone paper girls with glows. Not positive it's his, but it seems in line.

AI has a way to go for sure. But I like this one anyway.
It will only get more proficient at it. I may not like how they build the programs by swiping the art of others for their training sets. But it's a case of not being able to put the genie back in the bottle.
I do dabble with it to brainstorm ideas. It is undeniably good for that. But I do get sad seeing the proliferation of straight ai generated images being passed off as being made by the artist(s).
