Bit of a progress check. The yellow background was done 9 years after the blue background version. I think the anatomy and coloring is better and I'm much more comfortable doing the linework. I think I could have pushed the back arch more. What do you all think?

@artildawn I agree - much better definition. Read up on Color Theory - it will open your eyes - it’s essential for any visual artist or designer.
@nopuppet_007 What aspect of color theory? It's been over 30 years since I've studied it at length.
@nopuppet_007 I have studied it, but as previously stated, it's been decades. If there was something in particular you saw in the piece that color theory would improve I'm open to doing some refresher.

I’ve been a designer all my life, it’s helped so often, especially with gradients, tints and tone. Divining the colors within a color - my friends think I’m a color wizard, but it all came from there.
