I am sorry to hear. And I am glad to see that you are still positive and direct, saying what you feel is so important, and constructive.

Indeed, bad, days, good days, life is such.

One way I stay away from negative is looking at 'Groups', like closest family and then extended family :-). Or, some days, I only look at CoSoGood news # csgn, I even pinned this column... It truly makes my bad days more bearable.
