Did it weekly in the 70s. It's the only way to get what you like & need in there.

well-said...-what you like and what you need-
after you put it in jar, do you keep it in the fridge? I 've put lot of seeds and olive oil, it's perfect now but am wondering about storage, even if for a few weeks only.
