I read an article about several GOP Congressional members who are looking to cut some Social Security benefits and Medicare benefits (and raise the retirement age).
Seven days in Twitter Jail for "abuse or harassment".

I still use Twitter because there are friends remaining on Twitter and I don't want to lose contact with them.😒🤷

I'm currently using Medicare. I'm waiting a few more months before drawing Social Security (I'm past the 66 & 4-month threshold, and waiting for my wife to get past this month so she's at the same threshold). I just draw a pension for now.
But yes, I don't take kindly to any politician who decides how I've performed/contributed over my lifetime (at least "after the fact").
I'm just venting. 🙂
@apetrusk No problem, I vent most of the time. I am so tired of those truly "entitled" A-holes calling what I've paid for my entire working life & continue to pay for an "entitlement"! With our 2 retirement saving accounts - Soc. Sec. for income, and Medicare retiree health insurance - we're not living high on the hog, but we are living!
@apetrusk An article about that should be easy to find. They are salivating to take away my money that I & my employer paid into my retirement (aka Social Security) and what we paid into my retiree health insurance (Medicare) and still pay in deductibles, cost sharing, co-pays & premiums!!!
