Dinner tonight: Thelma Saunders squash soup (seasoned with roasted garlic, curry, thyme, white pepper, cayenne, and turmeric) with rotisserie chicken. Added the last of the cherry tomatoes to it as well to use them up.
@annamuneca , Mag makes something very similar. It freezes OK, too, just need to stir it up really well when you reheat it. 🥰🤗
@LadyZurk I’ve never made this before because I didn’t want to mess with a blender but now having an immersion blender I can see myself making a lot more! We already have leftover chili & chicken enchilada soup in the freezer. Happy to add more!
@annamuneca , I never had one in the house until Mag bought hers and, ohmygosh, it definitely changed the menu here, too.
It turned out SO good!!
