"President-elect Donald Trump posted a message Monday on social media encouraging people to buy his latest book, “Save America.” The cover shows Trump’s bloody face, and his raised fist, after the July assassination attempt in Butler, Pennsylvania.
The book is published by a company co-founded by his son, Donald Trump Jr., and sells for $99. Signed copies sell for $499."
@altucker That's okay, I doubt Trump has read it, either -- maybe if it has lots of pictures.

Can you imagine paying $100 to read his thoughts? Do people think he's JFK? Really?
