Pic on Left: what does the lil eye icon do?
And pic on the Right: what does the laughing face emoji do? It opens a list of other emojis, so is that just a shortcut if I don't want to search for an emoji the normal way via my keyboard? Or is there more that it does that I'm missing?

@alt_PastaTits The eye will mute a conversation, and the smiley will bring up the emoticon selections.
