@catlynne333 The problem with that is all seceded states would become property of Russia almost instantly. It's yet another step towards destroying the US.

@Liliki @catlynne333 Precisely this. I wasn't here yet but IIRC things got weird when the US thought Russia had a solid foothold 90 miles away in Cuba. How would that work with them just down the highway?
