So frustrating to try to handle technology I myself didn't buy, my parents have some sort of Internet/ channel / streaming package which I have no idea yo fix cause ofc they don't know any info or where they put them. This is why I'm gonna get them a binder and then cross my fingers they use them . Love my parents, but I can't use magic - especially without a user manual lol

@Zolah Oh yes. The wonderful cross-country technical support requests. My mother-in-law will call with questions like:

"Why is this thing on my screen?"
"Mom, I can't see your screen."
"It's an Ipad."
"Still can't see it."

@Myana My parents are like...
" I'm ready now I think..."
-" ok, I want you to go to sett.."
" NO I CANT DO THIS, LET YOUR NEPHEW DO IT OR DO IT WHEN YOU VISIT!"
