Watching your parents get older and weaker is so strange. I realize not everyone gets that chance and I’m grateful that I do. But my mom fell and broke her elbow last weekend, needs surgery & a cast etc, and it’s going to be such a tough few months for them. Stressful. At least I’m not too far away so I’ll be able to help them out a bit.
@Zolah It is. 😞 I’m glad my dad is still doing well because he’s my rock and I dunno how I’m going to handle it when he starts to lose steam.
