A woman accused 48-year-old Marco A. of raping a 12-year-old girl.

Neighbors from Campo Nube, in Morelia, cornered him in his house, the man jumped wanting to save himself and there he was beaten.

After dying for several hours, she died in a hospital in Charo, the woman recanted.
