The best thing about life is tangents.. Today has been a bread making tangent which has been fairly unsucessful... But I think that's partly because I used a 5 Yr out of date bread mix and I think the yeast was dead.... Oh yeah, and I did it in the rice cooker which was a new thing.. So now I'm starting from scratch, using quick yeast and testing if its alive (it is!)
Too many variables...
OK, so oven cooked bread has come out reasonable... Rice cooker stuff... Hmmm shall see when it cools...
