Less FDA and no FDA are indistinguishable in my view based on how much safety they are able to provide these days. Many small clueless companies operate with no clearance or clue and need to be shut down. FDA is strained to keep up with the current world, if the chatGPT mess takes hold of health decisions, they will be hapless with their current size, let alone a SC haircut
