A national ban on rights of individuals for anything, including abortion would end the supreme court relevance imo. States will likely start creating rules for ignore federal mandate and create FDA and other orgs to govern their own regulations. I assume that's what gop wants to create their Christian nation, but would create a third world country in north America overnight.
