This coincides with the "Duty To Warn" email sent to Kamala Harris. Whereas "bullet ballots", which are one vote ballots, are usually less than 1% of the total ballots, it was found that in certain swing states, bullet ballots were up to 5-7%.

Yep. I can see him laughing and saying how easy it was. His loud mouth couldn't hold it back and said things like 'we don't need your vote.'
He's behavior is different than his usual self of being boisterous and making an ass out of himself every chance he gets. He's not really doing all that lately. Strange...

It could be that they don't want to see a red flag thrown on the field before they kick the extra point.
That could be why he's not making a jackass out of himself by rubbing it in and creating his other usual shenanigans he's famous for.
