Does anyone know how to keep chipmunks and rabbits away from gardens?

Ah... good for owls and falcons and not so much for the chipmunks and rabbits? I like that but I'm not sure about the animal loving neighbors though.
@YouInMyEye when you get tired of all the stuff that doesn't work get a pellet rifle, a good barn cat(s) or a cage type fence that goes under the soil and over the top like a cage. 1/2" gaps and heavy gauge wire.
@YouInMyEye Plenty of nesting boxes for owls and falcons, so nature can keep the minibears and runny babbits population balanced.
