I'm thinking about a way forward.

I'm beginning to believe the Democratic party needs to quit acting as a political party and start acting and thinking like a labor union.
That is the only path that looks to let the party wield power.

If we want working people to operate from inside the Democratic party tent, we need to empower them.
Look at how the people of France react to just about anything they don't like.
