I live in a Trumpy county with a sheriff who's one of those "constitutional" sheriffs who thinks his office gives him dictatorial power. I can see him gladly going along with any #Trump order to round up the opposition.

Voter registration is public information, so it would be real easy to give him lists of Democrats. How you vote is supposed to be secret, but they'll cough it up for the enemies list.
