@catlynne333 Keep in mind that today's #NASA path to Mars began in 2010 when President Obama gave a speech here at KSC establishing that as the goal. That was minutes after meeting with Elon Musk at the SpaceX launch pad, where Obama pledged to help SpaceX achieve reusability.
Elon is a crackpot and a general menace to humanity. That said, his companies do a lot of good. California's carbon footprint is down because so many people drive Teslas; that's per the CA government.

@catlynne333 I'll also point out that my wife is an evangelical #MAGA. Our politics are polar opposites; it wasn't always that way. We've chosen not to discuss politics, because preserving the bond is more important.
