@WordsmithFL Just so people know how my mind _still_ works, out of long habit (even though I'm older and wiser now):
The first thing that jumped to mind if I lived someplace that there was a law my employer could not stop workplace discrimination - I could be an utter monster to any coworkers that belonged to groups I dislike. Fox News viewers, entitled white dudes, homophobes, racists, MAGA supporters.
My second thought was "how do I support people against bullies" I like that one better.
