Am I the only one who didn't know you could do this with Google Maps?
I needed to know the "as the crow flies" distance between Vandenberg SFB and Edwards AFB.
Turns out that Google Maps has a Measure Distance feature.
I've been using Google Maps for many years, but never knew this until now.
I'm having a big "Duh" moment. 😳

The example is between two points but, as you noted, you can do more.
@WordsmithFL Helped me when I put some stakes to 'demo' to my neighbor that he was pumping water onto my property. I had to dig a seasonal 'pond' to keep my lawn from being a swimming pool. Then he tried to 'fill it in' cuz he didn't like it being there. LOL
