From #LATimes: A New Mexico judged tossed the charges against Alec Baldwin today in the "Rust" set accidental shooting. It turned out that the prosecution failed to disclose evidence.
Personally, I thought this was a tragic accident. Actors trust the experts on the set. Baldwin was the weapon, not the criminal.
BTW. The expert hired quit because he wasn't getting paid and Baldwin wasn't being safe
