@cmskiera I've always thought that judges should be subject to period review -- not re-election or reappointment, but a review by an independent panel of lawyers and other judges.
Term limits wouldn't do the job, because then they're still not accountable.
With #SCOTUS, though, it would require a constitutional amendment, I suspect.
