@Diyaguse I'm sure his attorney will do everything possible to keep him off the witness stand. He can't talk unless his attorney calls him. I suppose he could stand up, address the judge, and demand to be called, but the judge can turn him down.

So far, he hasn't shown the courage to speak in court, in any of his trials.
