Doing research ... I found that in the late 1950s there was a restaurant/bar in Cape Canaveral called the Cape-Ette. It appears to be today's La Cantina Mexican restaurant at 8803 N. Atlantic Avenue.
Apparently it was a popular hangout for workers striking contractors at the Cape. It also doubled as a local meeting hall; the City of Cape Canaveral didn't incorporate until 1963.
