Doing research ... Found this in the March 31, 1958 Cocoa Tribune. The commanding officer at what today is Cape Canaveral Space Force Station predicted a crewed lunar flight in ten years. He was pretty much on the nose; Apollo 8 was ten years nine months after the article.
