@WordsmithFL
this sounds fishy to my #infosec brain...
1) someone called in to his LA campaign headquarters (and not to police who have the capability to trace telephones (even burner lines).
2) they called in with a full description including that he was armed and had a fake marshall's ID
3) the campaign issued a press release immediately afterwards trying to state his need for secret service when no other candidate has secret service but the 🤡.
4) every 2 months this request comes up.
#Politics The #LATimes on the armed man impersonating a U.S. Marshal arrested outside a RFK Jr. event in the Wilshire District of downtown L.A.
"The man appeared at a side entrance to the theater, claimed to be part of Kennedy’s security team and told personnel that he needed to be taken to the candidate immediately, Kennedy’s team said in a subsequent news release. Security guards detained him and called police, the release said."
