I'm reading through the 98-page indictment PDF ... One big impression I have is that the state AGs in Pennsylvania and Arizona have plenty of probable cause to open their own election fraud investigations against Trump and his co-conspirators.

Here's a find ... Act 94 on p. 44 ... On December 23, John Eastman sent an email discussing how "Pence (or Grassley)" could violate the Electoral Count Act on .

Remember when Grassley said just before the vote that he might preside in lieu of Pence?

This suggests that Grassley was in on the scheme at least two weeks before the vote.

Almost done with the 98-page indictment ... We still don't know who initiated the conspiracy against Ruby Freeman. A Missouri pastor named Stephen Lee travelled to Georgia to contact her. But who sent him?

I bet the grand jury knows, but we don't know, not yet anyway.

@WordsmithFL It's really an argument for reducing spending on crime prevention through indictments and trials, consistent with their calls to defund the FBI. They seem to prefer the idea of shooting suspects dead to avoid the cost of trying them.
