Its crucial, outcomes from cut-rate private equity owned hospitals are much worse. It doesn't streamline anything or lower costs. The opposite is true. It would be proprietary softwares, less staff, huge profits, and massive debt which the government will inevitably pay for, anyway. (sorry for the grouch rant, my coffee isn't ready yet)
