@WhiteRose Cheese is incredibly expensive here these days (something in the ballpark of 8 or more dollars for the one i'm gonna post a pic of) but i really love this kind--it's Cracker Barrel Herb & Garlic. And if you put it in between 2 thawed slices of garlic bread, it makes the best grilled cheese sandwich. 😊
I also like aged cheddar, goat cheese logs (they're always rolled in some sort of topping or herbs; it's super creamy cheese), and the fanciest one is parmigiano reggiano. 🙂
