Idea in progress...I have a whole mess of fresh morels (humble brag, I know;)...I wanna make a mexican stuffed morel.

Chorizo, cilantro, creama filling -> piped into a pan wilted morel -> chill -> dredge in seasoned flour ->quickly pan fry to crisp

Served with christmas sauce situation. I'm concerned the filling will get too warm and leak, or be unappealing after the pan fry.
