It seems Alito is making the case that no one should have any rights that aren’t explicitly in the Constitution, which leaves (checks notes…) guns, and free speech, although the size of the audience for said speech should be commensurate to the amount of money (dark or otherwise) that the speaker has at his (and occasionally her) disposal.
@Weezimp I’m not sure, tbh, I’m not very good with the Constitution, but I’ll trust you. I do know how the NRA essentially lobbied and changed the interpretation to something that benefitted them 😜 I’m so angry I can’t see straight. Truly angry with the state of our country, no words.
