I love my country. Don’t get me wrong, but we have a past to be reckoned with and we need to come to terms with it for a number of reasons.
One, we did so much harm to so many people during the creation of this country.

Two, the cultures that we damaged and destroyed in our making hold the keys to our survival. We need to learn from them in order to survive and thrive.

Three, they show us a way of living on the earth in balance with all.
