Coffee beans or pre-ground? Either way, they’ll live in the freezer. But is taking a few minutes to grind beans worth it in terms of improving the taste when I will put them in a strainer and pour boiling water over them?

Freshly ground coffee seems to taste better, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s just a bias that pops up in our minds
