Used my phone to measure my soon to be bedroom (as I cannot get a tape measurement due to the clothes racks) and weirdly enough that room has some odd dimensions for a square. When the surveyor did the last property assessment, he measured the outside NW wall of the two bedrooms as 21 feet. The N wall measures 10.7 while the S wall measures a bizzaro-ville 12.4. I didn’t get the chance to measure the NE wall with the closet.

The house was built in 1959, someone must have been drunk.
